About us
Plastipol, S.A. is a leader in the design, manufacture and supply of storage and handling systems.
Headquartered in Rubí (Barcelona), we have our own offices in Madrid and Bilbao, as well as a sales network throughout Spain.
We have more than 5,000 m² of stock to speed up deliveries and we work with sectors such as logistics, automotive, construction, chemicals and food.

Plastic box - EUROBOX EUFR-6432 GR
The European-sized 600 x 400 mm plastic boxes with reinforced bases are ideal for use in automated warehouses. - Equipped with slots for inserting hinged lids and safety clips. - Open handle and smooth interior. - Special dotted area for adhesive labels. - Ribbed base with smooth perimeter for minimal deformation of the bottom, easy access on conveyor belts. Ideal for automated systems. Maximum flexion of the box bottom of 5 mm. (parameters valid for longitudinal load storage, evenly distributed and a constant ambient temperature of 23ºC). - Rounded corner design: minimises impact breakage and speeds up box transit on conveyor belts. - Available in a version with drainage holes on the side perimeter in accordance with FM Global regulations (technical sheet 8-34) for fire risk prevention in automated warehouses.

EP50 metal shelving units are designed to be fitted with our REGALBOX plastic drawers. The drawers are positioned and secured using guides at different load levels, which precisely control the process of removing and replacing the drawers on the shelving units. REGALBOX plastic drawer designed for the organised and perfectly classified storage of small parts. Particularly suitable for automatic installations and shelving, it comes with multiple accessories such as labels (included with the box), dividers (transverse or longitudinal) and rear stops to prevent accidental removal from shelving and storage systems.

Metal trolley - ROLLIBOX RB 345
Metal trolley with PLASTIBOX boxes on both sides, equipped with 4 solid rubber wheels (2 mobile wheels with brakes and 2 fixed wheels) and fixed supports on each side for convenient and easy movement. Its design with a guide support with a tab that fits into place without the need for screws makes it easy to place the box and allows it to be easily removed from the trolley.

Wheeled bases - EU 64B
The wheeled bases become an indispensable trolley for quickly and safely moving Eurobox boxes measuring 400x300mm, 600x400mm and 800x600mm. These rolling platforms provide protection and stability during any movement thanks to their perimeter rim. They have a load capacity of 250 kg. They are manufactured with an aluminium structure and fibreglass-reinforced nylon corners. These trolleys can be manufactured in different sizes, according to customer requirements. Ideal for the entire industrial sector.

Aluminium wheelbarrow - CA 24381121
Aluminium wheelbarrow for all types of use, notable for its versatility in adapting to all types of loads, thanks to its 220x245 mm shovel, and its ease of handling and lightness. The modular system designed by EXPRESSO, with a fully independent spare parts service, is designed for a particularly long service life and can even be equipped with other accessories to customise the trolley to suit the user's needs. Its elliptical aluminium tube structure, made from a special high-strength alloy, provides maximum stability, strength and lightness, as aluminium is 50% lighter than steel.
