Press on tyres Vulkollan - Pevopur - solid rubber
Cylindrical steel band tyres are produced as standard products with diameters ranging from 100 mm to 920 mm and load capacities of more than 18.5 t.
Pevolon
PEVOLON® is a thermoplastic material based on polyamide. PEVOLON® wheels have high brasion resistance, a low friction coefficient, high load capacities and a long lifespan. The precise workmanship guarantees the functionality of swivel and fixed castor housings. Compact brake systems offer long-lasting, secure locking for all areas of application. The dimensions fulfil to the standards of the European manufacturers of castor.
Pevothan Wheels
PEVOLASTIC ® and PEVOTHAN ® wheels consist of a PEVOLON ® rim with a mechanically non-detachable, fixed polyurethane tread (Desmopan ® from Bayer AG, Leverkusen). The excellent Desmopan ® properties include high load capacity, non-marking properties, high abrasion resistance and good damping power. Due to its physical, thermal and chemical properties, it is superior to all standard rubber wheels and is thus recommended for sensitive surfaces. The dimensions of the precise processed swivel and fixed castor housings fulfil to the standards of the European manufacturers of castors
Rollers Vulkollan - Pevopur - Pevolon
We offer one of the largest ranges of pallet rollers on the European market. For almost all standard electrically operated industrial trucks and all handoperated pallet trucks, we produce VULKOLLAN®, PEVOPUR®, PEVOLON® and PEVODYN®-Soft pallet rollers. A multitude of high quality gaskets made of zinced steel or PEVOLON® ensure additional protection of the ball units against dust and splash water and guarantee a long service life
Wheel rubbers
Different rubber qualities and wheel centres determine the potential applications of this wheel series. From simple solid rubber wheels on a plastic rim to high-quality welded-steel constructions with SUPER ELASTIC tyres, we produce solid rubber wheels for many different types of usage. The precise workmanship insures the functionality of the swivel and fixed castor casing. Compact brake systems offer long-lasting, secure locking for all areas of application. Electroconductive wheels
WHEELS AND CASTORS Electrically conductive PEVOLON® is a thermoplastic material based on polyamide. This wheel material has high load capacity, good abrasion resistance and a low friction coefficient. Electrically conductive PEVOTHAN® is a high-quality thermoplastically processed polyurethane (TPU) elastomer with high abrasion resistance and very good damping power. Electrically conductive PEVOLON® and electrically conductive PEVOTHAN® are completely non-marking and have good chemical resistance. In accordance with the European standard DIN EN 12527 ff., the electrical volume resistance is less than 104 (10,000) ohms.
Vulkollan - Pevopur Wheels
VULKOLLAN®/PEVOPUR® PEVODYN® and PEVODYN®-Soft WHEELS AND CASTORS VULKOLLAN® wheels are particularly suited for moving and driving loads of up to 10 t and more. We produce VULKOLLAN® wheels as standard products with diameters of up to 920 mm. PEVOPUR® wheels can be used without reservations for in-plant transportation with medium-sized loads. PEVODYN® wheels offer considerably reduced starting and rolling resistance as well as high dynamic loading capacity. PEVODYN® soft wheels also offer even greater driving comfort as well as better shock absorption and noise reduction. Depending on the model the swivel bracket is produced with different, high-quality bearings. Brake systems (e.g. ALLSTOP) can be provided as standard products for all swivel brackets
Conveyor wheels
Conveyor /guiding rollers and ball units We produce conveyor rollers with diameters of 30 to 85 mm and with load capacities of 10 to 490 kg. The ball units are sealed on both sides and are sprayed with PEVOLON® or PEVOTHAN®. We produce the VULKOLLAN® guiding rollers with steel roller bodies that are very often used in materials handling with diameters of 40 to 150 mm and with load capacities from 55 to 1,030 kg. Ball units with bright zinced steel or stainless steel casing are available for a wide range of applications with a load capacity of 10 to 610 kg
FLANGED/GROOVED WHEELS
FLANGED/GROOVED WHEELS We produce a variety of flanged and grooved wheels with different dimensions, bearing types and load capacities using materials such as PEVOLON®, steel and grey cast iron. Due to our efficient plastics and mechanical production with our own mould making, toolmaking and fixture construction, we are able to produce high-quality and cost-efficient products according to your specifications and drawings.
Institutional wheels and castors
Institutional wheels and castors. Our extensive range of institutional castors completes our castor range for in-plant transportation. The high-quality materials we use insure a long service life. A wide range of mounting possibilities enable flexible installation.
Stainless wheels
Stainless steel castors We produce stainless steel castor systems with the wheel materials PEVOLON®, PEVOTHAN® and thermoplastic rubber. These were specially developed for wet areas and areas with special hygiene requirements. Compact brake systems offer long-lasting, secure locking for all areas of application. The dimensions fulfil to the standards of the European manufacturers of castors.
