Tecsidel is a privately owned company with a large
international presence that is focused on the development and integration of advanced information systems, since its beginnings in 1979.
The Logistics Systems business unit is specialized in
developing integrated solutions for planning and
executing supply chains, with the objective of contributing to logistical efficiency and improving results.
Thanks to its consolidated experience, innovation and quality, Tecsidel currently has offices in the United States, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, India, Mexico and Norway.

Warehouse Automation (SEGA WMS)
SEGA WMS is a high-performance system for managing and controlling warehouses and distribution centers. It supports the most efficient operating models in manufacturing, distribution and service environments. The operators`work is completely guided by the system, which in turn guarantees improved results. Its multi-warehouse, multi-owner and multilingual capacities, along with its ERP-integrated work features and real-time execution, allow SEGA WMS to optimize its storage and distribution operations at every point in its supply chain from the production line to the store.
Operations Optimization (PTL / PTV / RF)
Tecsidel offers a system that is oriented towards optimizing intralogistics operations and provides a level of intelligence that allows high productivity by organizing tasks and assigning them based on the appropriate criteria. It is applicable both to a specific area of operations and at a general warehouse level through the implementation of different data-capturing technologies that can be integrated with the ERP processes.
Warehouse Management (SEGA LITE)
SEGA Lite is a management system that focuses on manual warehouses where a limited number of multitask operators work. It is a completely standard and configurable product with planned evolution. It´s philosophy is to use the system “as is” in the applied projects without having to make any adaptations.
Warehouse Automation (SEGA WCS)
The SEGA Warehouse Control System is the bridge that connects automatic maintenance equipment with their ERP or WMS. With SEGA WCS, all types of subsystems can be integrated and coordinated by using your own native protocols. The client chooses the supplier, thus optimizing productivity and costs. By managing the sequence of movements, making complex changes in the ERP/WMS is avoided.
Patio Management (SEGA LTM)
SEGA LTM is the ideal tool for planning and controlling the activities that are associated with persons and vehicles in high-traffic industrial, logistic, and port areas. Its agenda functionalities avoid exceeding the site´s capacity. Automated access control allows for a high flow of input and output. The solution also optimizes internal traffic and registers all the site´s activity.
Technology Platform (SEGA)
A common technological platform that is oriented at services and can function on different physical and virtual server configurations is used adapting itself to the volume of transactions that are processed and to the fault tolerance requirements. Administrative users interact through a powerful and intuitive Windows user interface that increases productivity with its speed and ease. The operators that do field work use mobile devices that are appropriate for each setting.
Assets and People Tracking (SEGA RTLS)
This system offers all warehouses and distribution centers the possibility to receive the exact location of goods, vehicles or persons.
