JOSÉ DÍAZ is a distributor of the most prestigious brands for the HORECA sector, it belongs to the Crisol Group, the first and largest distribution group for the integral service of the hotel industry.
The logistics improvement project for JOSÉ DÍAZ has consisted of the incorporation of the AS-SGA solution, which has allowed them to work in real time in their logistics center and in a guided manner in all warehouse processes, to increase their productivity and reduce costs logistics considerably.
For order preparation, an aspect where the WMS should provide greater productivity, the operators with their PDAs are guided through an optimized merchandise collection route, verifying the correct item at each extraction, by means of its bar code reading, achieving much greater effectiveness, reducing costs due to errors and greater customer loyalty.
The WMS works in real time in the warehouse and is in permanent dialogue with the company's ERP, Sage 200. Several companies of the aforementioned Crisol Group already have their warehouses managed and automated with our AS-SGA solution.
