The INQUIAROMA company implements the AS-SGA warehouse management solution from AS Software Group
La solución AS-SGA gestiona de forma guiada todos los movimientos de mercancía en almacén, trabajando sobre un mapa con ubicaciones codificadas, desde la recepción de compras hasta la salida de los pedidos de venta, pasando por la ubicación guiada de la mercancía en base a distintos parámetros y en base a garantizar la adecuada rotación de la mercancía por criterios FIFO/FEFO.
La gran variedad de productos gestionados en sus sectores de especialización cosmético, nutracéutico/alimentario y del embalaje técnico, les exigía optimizar su gestión logística y con AS-SGA han podido además gestionar la trazabilidad sin esfuerzo de sus productos, mediante el etiquetado con códigos de barras de trazabilidad y la lectura de estos desde las PDAs de los operarios, asesorando a la empresa en el uso de codificaciones bajo normativa internacional GS1/EAN-128. Como la empresa es distribuidora y representante de diversas marcas internacionales, su almacén puede ser gestionado en AS-SGA asignando zonas de almacén específicas para cada uno de sus proveedores representados o trabajar de forma más caótica. AS-SGA asegura en cualquier caso que conoce siempre qué mercancía tiene, dónde está ubicada y el estado de la misma: disponible, bloqueada, comprometida, reservada, etc. En las preparaciones de los pedidos de venta se tuvieron que implementar reservas de lotes y condiciones de caducidades mínimas para ciertos clientes, que AS-SGA tiene en cuenta al indicar a los operarios la ubicación de dónde recoger la mercancía, sobre un recorrido optimizado con verificación de extracción en tiempo real sobre PDAs industriales.
