ZAMBÚ HIGIENE implanta con éxito la solución de Gestión Avanzada de Almacenes de AS Software
Los productos de fabricación propia son los pilares en los que se apoya el crecimiento experimentado por Zambú, que no sólo vende productos, sino que se involucra en la actividad del cliente, facilitándole un asesoramiento tanto comercial como técnico. «Las principales ventajas competitivas que presenta Zambú Higiene son la producción propia, la distribución punto a punto en todo el territorio nacional, la cercanía y confianza mutua con sus clientes y la capacidad de adaptación a las necesidades del mercado», apuntan fuentes de la empresa desde San Pedro del Pinatar, lugar en el que dispone de una base de operaciones que cuenta con una zona de oficinas de 1.500 metros cuadrados, líneas de producción con más de 5.000 metros cuadrados e instalaciones logísticas con más de 25.000 metros cuadrados disponibles.
El ambicioso proyecto de mejora logística parte de la experiencia ya acumulada por la empresa en el uso de un antiguo SGA con PDAs trabajando en tiempo real, y coincide con la puesta en marcha de las nuevas y ampliadas instalaciones de la empresa, dotadas de palet-shuttle en varias zonas. AS-SGA viene a reemplazar al anterior sistema, proporcionando una moderna tecnología informática, así como ventajas logísticas adicionales.
La nueva solución AS-SGA gestiona no solo el almacén de producto terminado, donde se preparan más de 3000 líneas de pedido al día, sino también los almacenes de materias primas y el abastecimiento a las líneas de producción de la empresa.
