Specifically designed for smaller autonomous vehicles and mobile robots, such as shuttles, small AGVs, AMRs, and e-carts, the CW1000 sets a new benchmark for flexibility, scalability, and ease of integration in intralogistics and industrial environments.

Thanks to automatic contactless charging in less than one second, the CW1000 eliminates the need for mechanical connectors or manual charging. The result: maintenance-free, wear-free, and safe operation — even in humid, dusty, or high-traffic conditions. Vehicles charge reliably at every short stop without interrupting the workflow, enabling true in-process charging and continuous operation throughout the day.

With an efficiency of over 93%, the CW1000 ensures minimal energy loss. Its compact design and omnidirectional docking capability make it ideal for seamless integration into space-constrained environments and tight production layouts. The system is plug-and-play ready and compatible with a wide range of 24 V to 48 V vehicle systems.
