etaLINK 3000 – Redefining Wireless Charging

The etaLINK 3000 from Wiferion – a PULS business unit – is a high-performance inductive charging system designed for energy-efficient, contactless charging of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), automated guided vehicles (AGVs), and other battery-powered industrial vehicles. Delivering up to 3 kW of power, the system initiates charging automatically in under one second – without wear or maintenance.

Thanks to the principle of in-process charging, there is no longer a need for dedicated charging zones. Charging pads can be seamlessly integrated into existing workflows – for example, at transfer points or buffer areas – allowing vehicles to recharge during short stops without interrupting operations. This increases productivity, reduces downtime by up to 50%, and frees valuable floor space in production environments.

With a system efficiency of over 93%, an IP65-rated sealed design, and full support for cleanroom environments (ISO Class 4), the etaLINK 3000 is ideal for use in harsh or sensitive environments such as warehouses, semiconductor production, and automotive manufacturing.
