Implantación de cámaras de Captura de Códigos de barras que recogen los datos en movimiento
Se ha llevado a cabo en la fábrica que tiene la Multinacional BSH Electrodomésticos en Santander (Fábrica de Placas de Cocción).
Las cámaras, de un conocido fabricante de lectores industriales, se han instalado en 3 máquinas flejadoras de pallets. Mientras suben y van plastificando el pallet, las cámaras van capturando todos los códigos de barras.
Nuestro Departamento de Desarrollo de Software a su vez ha tenido que hacer una aplicación a medida para integrar en unos IPC´s que se han instalado en la planta, donde se comprobará la lectura de los códigos de barras, así como el estado de esas placas de cocción.
