Element Logic, a specialist in automation and intralogistics and the first and largest integrator of comprehensive AutoStore solutions, has restructured its management team in Spain with the appointment of César Nosti as the new general manager. The new position will take effect on 4 September.
Antonio Peña, who has held this position on an interim basis since June, will be in charge of the group’s sales management and will also become a permanent member of Element Logic España’s management team.
This reorganisation represents an important step in Element Logic’s strategy to strengthen its presence in Spain and further enhance the company’s focus on operational excellence and innovation. César Nosti’s vision and extensive experience in the intralogistics sector will be instrumental in driving the company’s development and delivering innovative and quality solutions to its customers. In addition, the new head of the group will lead the opening of a second office, this time in Madrid, with the aim of bringing Element Logic’s solutions even closer to its customers.
César Nosti joins Element Logic from DLL, where he headed the group’s intralogistics sales area. His background also includes leadership positions in leading companies in the sector, such as ULMA Handling Systems, Dematic and SSI Schäfer.
“César has a wealth of experience in numerous management and commercial positions in our industry. He will bring a valuable perspective to our sales process that will help us achieve our ambitious goals in the Spanish market,” says Thomas Karlsson, Vice President Rest of Europe at Element Logic.
“I am delighted to take on this new role. I am convinced that the future lies in scalable, standardised automation systems and risk mitigation solutions such as those offered by Element Logic. I look forward to making a decisive contribution to the growth of the business in Spain and to working together with the rest of the team to exceed the high expectations of the company and our customers,” says César Nosti.
Thomas Karlsson also praises Antonio Peña’s work to date: “I would like to express my deepest appreciation and thanks for Antonio’s outstanding performance and commitment. Thanks to his effort and sacrifice, we have been able to position ourselves in a privileged and promising position in the Spanish market,” he concludes.
