Over 80 new exhibitors, immersive activities, and the first edition of the ESG Commitment Award are among the main highlights of its 2025 edition.

  • The Best ESG Exhibitor Initiative Award will recognise, in its first edition, the best practices in sustainability, social impact, and governance.
  • The addition of new areas, such as the Immersive Logistics Area and the Artificial Intelligence Space, will transform the visitor experience.
  • The 2025 edition will also offer a broader and more diverse exhibition, with over 80 new companies already confirmed just three months before the event.

Madrid, 8 July 2025 – Easyfairs continues to unveil details of what promises to be one of the most ambitious editions yet of Empack, Logistics & Automation and Logistics & Industrial Build. These events will take place on 15–16 October in Halls 8 and 10 at IFEMA Madrid. Following the launch of registration in May, organisers are now sharing key highlights from this year’s edition, which is expected to surpass previous records in participation, innovation, and content.

Over 80 New Exhibitors Join the Line-up

The exhibition ecosystem continues to expand. This year, more than 80 new exhibitors will participate across the three fairs, reinforcing their role as unmissable events for the packaging, logistics, transport, and industrial construction sectors. New names include Luminia Advanced Lighting, Soprema, Ankutsan Packaging, Dobot Europe, Rehrig Pacific Company, Alerce Group, Mujin Europe, Thunderbook, Wiferion – a PULS brand, Yunbit, Zikoo Robotics, and Sunlight Baterías España, among many others. This diversity reflects the sector’s dynamism and companies’ commitment to showcasing their latest solutions in a professional, highly specialised environment.

Introducing the Best ESG Exhibitor Initiative Award

A major new feature this year is the inaugural “Best ESG Exhibitor Initiative Award, a programme by Easyfairs designed to recognise exhibitors demonstrating excellence in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. The award will celebrate best practices in sustainability, organisational wellbeing, responsible innovation, and social impact. Judging criteria include strategic alignment, stakeholder engagement, outcomes achieved, and impact delivered. The awards ceremony will be held on Thursday 16 October at 16:00 in the Congress Hall of Pavilion 8, where three finalists—one per fair—will present their projects.

Immersive Tech Zones & Fresh Themed Areas

Logistics & Automation’s commitment to innovation is being further strengthened with a brand new Immersive Logistics Area—where attendees can experience cutting-edge logistics technology. In this zone, Dronomy and Optynamics will showcase WareCoper: an inventory-management system using autonomous drones paired with a 3D digital twin. Thanks to real-time integration via Unity VR, attendees can view product locations interactively through VR headsets.

Meanwhile, the Artificial Intelligence zone will feature companies like Shiptify, Aunoa, Labware, b2wise, and Deister Software, showing how AI is transforming logistics, industrial automation, and real-time decision-making.

At Empack, a completely redesigned Design District—curated with AEBRAND—will spotlight the latest in packaging design solutions. Additionally, the upcoming Live Tours, led by the Packaging Cluster, will incorporate storytelling elements and focus on two themes: Packaging Innovations & Sustainability in Packaging.

Sustainable Show Highlights in Logistics & Industrial Build

In a nod to circular innovation, the Logistics & Industrial Build area—developed in partnership with Murarte—will feature applications of used tyres in industrial environments. This sustainable, technology-driven solution offers benefits beyond aesthetics, such as reducing vandalism, lowering maintenance costs, and improving air quality.
