Seville and Merlin Properties address the role of ports in the logistics revolution
The Seville Port Authority and Merlin Properties addressed the strategic role of ports in the logistics revolution in the first edition of the ‘Diálogos Cátedra’ series organised by the Port of Seville-University of Seville Chair. SEVILLE. More than 250 attendees participated today in the first edition of the ‘Diálogos Cátedra’ series, led by the president of the Seville Port Authority, Rafael Carmona, with Merlin Properties CEO Ismael Clemente as the keynote speaker.
The event was introduced by the Vice-Chancellor for Strategic and Economic Planning at the University of Seville, Carmen Barroso; the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Studies, Antonio Navarro; and the Director of the Chair, José Luis Galán, the top representatives of the port institution and the listed real estate company discussed “The strategic role of ports in the logistics revolution and new real estate trends”.
In his speech, the president of the Seville Port Authority highlighted Ismael Clemente's professional career, describing him as an example for the students participating in this academic activity.
