About us
At Inerttia Robotics, we design, implement and continuously develop complete intralogistics automation systems. We do not start with a robot or a specific technology: we analyse each customer’s operation, material flows and objectives to build the solution they need.
We integrate robotics, software and control systems within an open, flexible, vendor-independent architecture. We select the most suitable technologies and take end-to-end responsibility for the project: engineering, design, integration, implementation, commissioning, support and ongoing development. This gives the customer a single point of accountability and a solution designed to grow and adapt.
Our solutions include:
• Automated storage: 4D Pallet Shuttle, Rack Mover, miniload and stacker crane systems, and Autonomous Case-handling Robots (ACRs).
• Internal transport: Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), conveyors and automated lifting systems.
• Automated sorting: T-Sort, 3D Sorter, floor-based robotic sorters and conveyor sorters.
• Robotic picking and Goods-to-Person: Bin-to-Person, Rack-to-Person, vision-guided robotic arms and Pick-to-Light/Put-to-Light systems.
• Palletising and load handling: robotic mixed-case palletising and automated loading and unloading of containers and lorries.
• Management and control: real-time inventory management, order orchestration, material flow control, and integration with robots, PLCs and other automated systems.
We design modular, scalable projects that can be implemented progressively to reduce risk and support the growth of each operation.
