INSER ROBÓTICA
About us
Automation is not simply about incorporating technology. It is about making the right decisions so that processes, equipment, software and people work as a single system.
At Inser Robótica, we design and integrate advanced industrial automation and intralogistics solutions that connect production, end-of-line operations, storage and dispatch.
We approach every project with a comprehensive view of the entire flow. We analyse the process, production and logistics requirements, critical points and each customer’s objectives to define the most appropriate solution. We integrate industrial robotics, machine vision, packaging machinery, internal transport, intralogistics systems and control software, avoiding isolated automation solutions that fail to address the operation as a whole.
Our solutions can cover the product’s entire journey, from the handling of raw materials and packaging to its arrival at the warehouse or loading dock. We develop systems for quality control using 2D and 3D machine vision, product sorting and grouping, case forming and filling, palletising and depalletising, labelling, wrapping, strapping and automated transport using conveyors, AGVs and AMRs.
We also design and integrate solutions for warehouses and distribution centres, connecting the different transport, sorting, lifting, storage, order preparation and dispatch processes. The goal is not to automate a specific operation, but to ensure that materials, products and information move in a coordinated, traceable and efficient manner.
This integration capability allows us to develop both specific cells and systems and complete turnkey projects, tailored to the particular requirements of each facility and prepared to evolve in line with the future needs of the business.
Our work combines engineering, automation, robotics and proprietary software. We incorporate tools for process management, data capture and system monitoring, enabling intuitive operation, rapid incident detection and greater insight into the actual performance of each system.
Inser Robótica’s solutions are designed to improve industrial competitiveness through:
Increased production capacity.
Optimised internal flows.
Reduced repetitive or ergonomically demanding manual tasks.
Improved quality and traceability.
Fewer errors and incidents.
Greater process control.
The ability to adapt systems to new products, formats and production requirements.
We have extensive experience in sectors including food, beverages, chemicals, paper, packaging and consumer goods, with more than one thousand systems installed in different countries.
We support our customers throughout the entire project life cycle: analysis and solution definition, engineering, simulation, manufacturing, programming, integration, commissioning and after-sales support.
Through Inser Services, we provide technical assistance, maintenance and continuous improvement for industrial robots, packaging machinery, automated systems and autonomous vehicles. Our service covers mechanical, electrical, electronic and programming support, with the aim of keeping systems available, reliable and ready to continue evolving.
At Inser Robótica, we help companies define and implement their automation strategy with a comprehensive view of the entire process. Because when a decision affects the performance of a whole facility, choosing the right technology is not enough: it takes sound judgement to integrate it.

Robotic cell for pallet labelling

Dual Arm Robotic Palletizer. D.A.R.P.
Introducing our high production double arm palletizing cell. We have developed this new cell as an alternative to the usual full layer palletizing systems in high productions. With similar productivity, it has significant advantages: Mechanical simplicity and less space occupied. It does not require systems for preparing layers and claws of great volume and weight. By not carrying so much weight, robots can be of lower load capacity and develop greater speed. It is based on industrial robots capable of working tens of thousands of hours without failure, rather than on a complex set of pneumatic drives and their sensors, which results in much higher reliability. The flexibility and ease of reference change is guaranteed thanks to the mosaic generation software developed by Inser Robotics and the servo-controlled drive claws. To achieve palletizing without spaces between boxes, 6-axis robots are used instead of the usual 4 in palletizing, allowing to place the groups of boxes with a certain angle of inclination. AGV. Autonomous vehicles for pallet transport
Autonomous vehicles or AGVs have been used for decades in the megafactories of production in sectors such as the automobile or consumer products of the most recognized brands. Its use is common to handle large loads from one place to another on the line with great reliability. What is not so common is the integration of these types of vehicles in medium-sized and even small companies. New tools related to Industry 4.0 have paved the way for the integration of these teams to be available to small and medium-sized companies. At Inser Robotica, we have listened to our clients and reached agreements with the AGV manufacturers that best adapt to each need. We are already prepared to integrate transport solutions to suit you. From fleets of small intelligent vehicles capable of working in changing environments traveled by people to custom AGVs capable of transporting very high loads, passing through a whole range of AGVs of pallet transport between our end of line and its warehouse.

Autonomous Mobile Robots. AMR.
Fully autonomous intelligent vehicles. Mobile robots are fully autonomous intelligent vehicles that increase performance, reduce machine waiting times, eliminate errors, improve traceability of the material and allow employees to focus on tasks that require complex human skills. Unlike traditional AGVs, AIV mobile robots move through their facilities without requiring costly modifications or restricting access. - It is not necessary to schedule routes in advance. - Total collaboration with people and other existing vehicles. - Automatic mapping of the environment thanks to the integrated computer. - Fast and friendly installation thanks to its Mobile Planner. - Intelligent fleet management through your Enterprise Manager. COBOLOADER. Robotic loading of case erectors.
The first solution that automates the loading of case erectors. The cell automates the un-ergonomic task of feeding unfolded boxes to the case erector. The cobot automatically locates the position of the stack of boxes on the pallet and picks up groups of boxes and stacks them on the accumulation conveyor of the case erector. It suits both multinational companies that already know the benefits of process automation, as well as small and medium-sized companies that need a technologically advanced option at an affordable price.

COPALLETIZER - Automated palletising based on Collaborative Robots
The most versatile and productive cobot-based palletising option We present our standard collaborative palletising cell as a product which is distinctly different from our usual bespoke palletising solutions. We have enhanced all the benefits that incorporating this type of robot entails, taking both its portability and user-friendliness to a higher level. And we have not stopped there. This cell is the easiest to configure and offers the highest real productivity. Moreover, it can be adapted to both multinational companies already aware of the benefits of process automation, as well as SMEs in need of a technologically advanced option at an affordable price. Programming wizard. State-of-the-art path planning algorithms calculate the best path for each box. The robot palletises up to 20% faster and 30% smoother than traditional programming. *This is an option not included in the standard package. Collapsible frame. The main frame includes the collaborative robot controller and the accessories required for operation. The frame is designed to maximize its operating area and its arms can be folded acting as a reference point for pallets and support for the scanners. Modularity. Our Plug&Play modules for transporting boxes and storing cardboard are extremely easy to install. They can be placed on either side of the cell to adapt to the available space. All modules can be moved using a pallet truck to facilitate setting-up. Certified safety. Although every element integrated is considered collaborative, the risk of moving loads above shoulder height must be taken into account. When the robot is palletising above a height of 1.5 m, two safety scanners are integrated.

Compact Palletizing Cells
Our compact cells are the most versatile option when it comes to solving the automation of the end of the production line. These are some of the reasons why they are widely used in both SMEs and large multinationals: - Large production capacity. 900 single or multiple pick-up cycles* per hour without input and output pallet interference. - Minimum occupation of floor space. Only 8.5 square meters for the version with two palletizing stations. - Flexibility and Modularity. Our experience in the design of claws allows precision handling of all types of products. Different modules can be added, such as carton stores or tray referencers. - Plug & Play installation and easy relocation. Self-supporting structure that allows installation and start-up in record time. - Maximum reliability and minimum maintenance. Based on industrial robots with a time between failure interval (MTBF) greater than 80,000 hours. Made with top brand components, quality materials and robust construction. - Ease of handling. Inser Robotica's experience in HMI screen programming manages to get the most out of your touch screen. See overleaf for information on our mosaic generation software. - Remote assistance system. It allows communication with the rest of the machines in the internal network, such as with our technicians to tasks such as visualizing production, troubleshooting or software updates. - Quick return on investment. Due to its low cost and its very high productivity, its amortization is completed in a very short time.
