Business Development Representative (BDR)

You’ll be in contact with new clients every day and gain exposure to a wide variety of industries. As a Business Advisor at Odoo, your main role will be to attract potential clients interested in our software, analyze their needs, and handle the negotiation and sales process. We manage the full sales cycle — meaning we generate the leads internally, and you’ll have full autonomy to manage the sales cycle your way, right through to closing the deal and onboarding the client.
Customer Support Analyst
What we expect from you: As a Customer Support Analyst, you will work closely with various teams to ensure the happiness of our current and potential customers, as well as our colleagues, by strategically finding the best solutions to their issues. Your mission will be to assist users of our software by researching and providing the perfect answers to their questions. When a customer request comes in — through tickets, live chat, or phone calls — you’ll need to understand the issue, investigate it, and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible. If necessary, you'll redirect customers to the appropriate department based on the nature of the request, maintaining open and constant communication with other teams.
