Sales Operations Specialist

Responsible for providing operational support to the sales team, ensuring the quality of sales processes, managing proposals, tracking opportunities, and maintaining sales information. This position actively contributes to improving the team's efficiency, pipeline quality, and sales success.

Prepare and track sales proposals. Support the sales team with existing opportunities and accounts. Coordinate activities related to tenders and contracting processes. Monitor and improve the quality of information in the CRM. Track sales activities and opportunities. Prepare reports, presentations, and sales documentation. Support forecasting and reporting processes. What are we looking for? Previous experience in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Bid Management, Sales Back Office, or similar roles. Knowledge of sales processes, proposal preparation, and opportunity management. Experience working with CRM tools. Experience in technology or IT companies is a plus. Education: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. Candidates with vocational training and relevant experience will also be considered. Languages: Professional-level Spanish and English. German or other languages ​​will be considered an advantage.
