Integrated signaling solution – now also with segmented lighting function

With the introduction of the first modular KombiSIGN signaling column, WERMA Signaltechnik set a technological milestone and defined a new standard for industrial signaling. The family-owned company is now continuing this innovative approach: following the development of LineLIGHT Fusion, the first fully integrated signaling solution, comes the next evolutionary stage: LineLIGHT Fusion Segment. This new variant allows the light image to be divided into several segments, displaying machine status even more precisely, individually, and intuitively. For example, two statuses can be indicated simultaneously, making it possible to highlight a more specific action requirement. Furthermore, an automatic scaling function is available, allowing for the clear representation of process steps or progress. In this way, WERMA is once again setting new standards for modern machine design and intelligent signaling solutions. Functionality and design perfectly combined: The LineLIGHT Fusion series integrates machine status indication directly onto the machine surface, making it ideal for machine and plant manufacturers who value a modern and cohesive design. The smooth, recessed surface of the light module integrates seamlessly into the machine housing, creating a clean and functional appearance. This transforms the signaling system into an aesthetic component of the machine itself, without any obtrusive structures or compromises on functionality. As a result, LineLIGHT Fusion was awarded the prestigious iF Design Award 2025. With LineLIGHT Fusion Segment, WERMA expands the application range of its integrated signaling solution to a new level. The light is now also available with a segmented indicator light, providing an even more precise and customized representation of machine status.
