Wiferion transforms wireless charging into a global platform
Wiferion’s new CW Charger family enables scalable, global charging infrastructure for industrial fleets. With standardised hardware, defined power classes, global network compatibility and VDA5050 M2X readiness, it supports future-proof automation.
With the series production of inductive charging systems by global OEMs, charging points are becoming critical infrastructure. Global rollouts, growing fleets and long product cycles can no longer be managed with isolated charging systems. With its new CW Charger family, Wiferion is shifting from individual charging products to a platform-based approach for industrial charging infrastructure.
The new CW Charger family addresses the key requirements of modern robotic fleets: different power needs, increasing fleet sizes and the need for globally standardised charging infrastructure. With global network compatibility, clearly defined power classes and backward compatibility, it provides the basis for future-proof charging in production and intralogistics.
According to Matthieu Ebert, Director of Product & Technology at Wiferion, a PULS business unit, the new family marks the transition from technology to infrastructure. The systems are more robust, more powerful and designed for global use, helping operators reduce complexity, lower integration costs and support fleet growth without changing systems.
The portfolio includes the CW1500, CW3300 and CW6000 wallboxes, all based on a common hardware platform. The devices mainly differ in power rating, allowing modular, standardised and scalable charging layouts without changing the basic architecture or peripherals. This helps reduce installation and maintenance costs.
Developed for global deployment, the platform supports 110 to 240 V input and is prepared for future 3-phase connections. It is also ready for the new VDA5050 M2X standard, enabling cross-manufacturer integration into fleet management and factory systems. Existing etaLINK and CW1000 installations remain fully functional and can be migrated easily.
Manufactured within the PULS Group, the new charger family combines Wiferion technology with industrial production expertise, global sales structures and proven quality standards.
