K-ISS Nexus connects and orchestrates robots, systems and devices from different manufacturers via one unified platform.

K-ISS Nexus by Keyland is a proprietary platform for the integration and orchestration of industrial automation, designed to connect mobile robots of different types, technologies and manufacturers with the information systems and devices involved in plant processes.

The solution acts as a link between the IT and OT layers, enabling the integration of systems such as ERP, MES/MOM, WMS, CMMS or APS with mobile robots, PLCs, RFID gates, printers, sensors and other industrial devices.

From a single platform, K-ISS Nexus enables users to manage and prioritise missions, coordinate available resources and monitor execution, regardless of the manufacturer of the integrated equipment. This allows technologies that initially operate independently to work as part of a single connected and coordinated process.

Its main differentiator is the provision of a common integration and orchestration layer, preventing each robot, fleet or technology from being restricted to its own ecosystem. Automation logic can therefore respond to the actual needs of production, logistics and warehousing, rather than to a specific manufacturer.
