Keops is an application for palletizing. It consists of a powerful graphical interface that allows you to design the palletizing mosaics in a simple and intuitive way. Mosaic and product management is done on a PC without the need to touch or modify the robot program.
Internally, the Keops application has some libraries that are adapted to each brand of robot, for sending and collecting data. The main commercial brands of robots are supported, ABB, Kuka, Fanuc.
• It is capable of centralizing several robots from one or several installations. A single design for all palletizing robots.
• It allows working with several palletizing clamps, in the same robot or in several. the mosaic is designed and the system knows what data to send to the robot for each gripper.
• Allows various types of clamp, vacuum, blades, with comb, combined, custom, etc.
• Easily manages all the components of a pallet rack, pallets, boxes, separators, etc.
• Configuration of properties added to the pallet, labeling, wrapping, strapping, compacting, remounting, etc.
• Communicates with ERP production systems, allows you to manage palletizing automatically from your ERP.
• Manages the traceability of the product, from the creation of the product box to the departure of the pallet, batches, SSCC, production and expiration dates, etc.

Keops is customized according to the needs of your plant and allows you to create and modify your own palletizing tiles, quickly and easily. Mods are accompanied by 3D clip art.
