MAS Group automates fruit logistics with Cimcorp
MAS Group, a Spanish family-owned food distribution company with more than 50 years of experience in the sector, has partnered with intralogistics supplier Cimcorp to implement an automated order preparation system at its distribution centre in Guillena, Seville. The new system will streamline fresh fruit logistics, reduce handling and improve delivery efficiency to the company’s network of more than 200 stores
The decision to automate responds to issues such as lack of space, increased logistics costs and the need for greater operational efficiency. MAS Group chose the Cimcorp solution to drive logistics optimization while keeping employees well-being and sustainability at the same time.
