Mobile Robotics Technician (AMR/AGV)

We are looking for a Mobile Robotics Technician to strengthen our project integration team. You will take part in the implementation, commissioning and maintenance of mobile robotics solutions, working alongside our engineering and software teams on innovative industrial automation projects.

The position is on-site in Valladolid and requires availability to travel depending on project needs.

What will you do?

-Integrate and commission mobile robots (AMR/AGV).
-Configure and parameterise mobile robots, navigation systems and fleet management systems.
-Integrate robots with other automation equipment within the installation, such as conveyors, automated stations, -industrial lifts, automatic doors and PLCs, using our K-ISS software.
-Diagnose and resolve issues during implementation and operation of the installations.
-Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on mobile robots and associated equipment.
-Support the validation of installation safety requirements.
-Prepare technical documentation and intervention reports.

What are we looking for?

-Higher Vocational Training qualification in Automation and Industrial Robotics, Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics or a similar field.
-Experience in the integration and commissioning of mobile robots, maintenance of automated machinery or industrial automation.
-Knowledge of mobile robotics (AMR/AGV), PLCs, industrial automation, electrical diagram interpretation, industrial networks and communications.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Autonomy, initiative and a customer-oriented mindset.
-Good organisational and planning skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
-Interest in innovation and continuous learning.

It would be a plus if you have:

-Experience integrating robots with MES, WMS or ERP systems.
-Knowledge of industrial safety sensors and devices.
-Knowledge of the UNE-EN ISO 3691-4 standard on the safety of driverless industrial trucks.
-Experience in industrial automation and mobile robotics projects.
-A versatile profile with the ability to contribute throughout all project phases, from integration and commissioning to maintenance and support of the installations.

We are looking for a Mechanical Design and Mobile Robotics Technician to join our team in Valladolid. You will work on requirements analysis, 3D design, technical drawings and documentation, support for manufacturing and assembly, and the integration, configuration, commissioning and maintenance of AMR/AGV mobile robots. We are seeking candidates with vocational training in Mechanical Manufacturing Design, Industrial Mechatronics, Automation and Industrial Robotics, or a similar field. Knowledge of 3D design, mechanical manufacturing and technical drawing interpretation is required, together with a proactive, independent and problem-solving mindset. Industrial experience and knowledge of automation, electrical systems or robotics will be valued. A driving licence and availability to travel are required. Previous experience in mobile robotics is not essential.
