Aldakin Collaborative Palletizing develops palletizing and depalletizing solutions with collaborative robots, automating the handling, grouping, and placement of products on pallets in a flexible and adaptable way to meet different production needs.

Collaborative robots automate repetitive handling and palletizing operations, facilitating their integration into existing lines and spaces where a compact and flexible solution is required.

We design cells adapted to different product formats, box sizes, SKUs, palletizing patterns, and load configurations. The solution can integrate conveyors, feeding systems, sensors, identification systems, and other equipment necessary to coordinate product arrival with the palletizing operation. We also develop depalletizing and line feeding applications, connecting material movement with production and packaging processes. The goal is to automate repetitive operations, improve process consistency, optimize space and resource utilization, and maintain the flexibility needed to work with different products and SKUs.
