We automate the forming and creation of boxes or cases, preparing the packaging to receive the product and coordinating the various line operations. We integrate robotic cells for feeding, handling, and inserting products into boxes or cases using pick-and-place, grouping, and positioning operations. Our solutions are adaptable to different products, formats, and production rates.

Once the product is inserted, we automate the closing and gluing of the boxes, integrating adhesive application systems and closure solutions tailored to each type of packaging. The solution also incorporates automatic label printing and application processes using labeling cells, gluing systems, and readers that verify the correct identification of the product, container, or batch.

The information generated during the process is integrated into traceability systems, allowing us to link product, packaging, and production data and track the journey of each unit throughout the process. In this way, the different operations cease to function as independent processes and become part of a coordinated packaging flow, from box creation to product shipment.
