Projection Picking Systen

A Projection Picking System (PPS) is a visual guidance solution that uses projectors to display work instructions directly onto picking locations, containers, or products, making picking, assembly, and sorting operations faster and more efficient.

The system integrates with the warehouse management software (WMS/WCS), receives work orders, and projects information such as the product location, required quantity, arrows, colors, or symbols to guide operators through each task. Once the operation is completed, it can be confirmed using sensors, cameras, barcode scanners, or push buttons, with the data automatically sent back to the management system.
