Pick to Light
"Pick By Light systems" are easy-to-use, intuitive systems which leave the operator's hands free, have a short learning curve and do not require the use of any additional devices.
Kitting
This involves packing several of the components or pieces necessary to assemble a product together in a single unit or kit, which is sent to the exact point required. • Kitting with pick-to-light devices minimises the time spent by operators in selecting the pieces and ensures both quality and accuracy, avoiding downtime in the production line.
Put to Light
For the classification processes commonly found in e-commerce environments, Put-to-Light systems also guarantee a fast, error-free process using the same –inverse process– devices philosophy.
Assembling
The picking devices are also used directly in the production line. • Consumption recording and online stock control is guaranteed by fitting an interactive digital system directly in the workpost, avoiding any shutdown due to absence of components.
Cell Production
In the Cell Production method, a line of operators completes the entire final component or part assembly process based on the basic components.
Smart Tag
The SmartCard is the first and only RFID tag equipped with an electronic paper display that doesn’t require batteries.
