Photoelectric Sensors
When the light beam emitted by a photoelectric sensor is interrupted or reflected by the object, the change in light patterns is measured by a receiver and the target object or surface is recognized. Photoelectric sensors are very common in industrial manufacturing fields such as material handling, packaging, food and beverage, medical, and many others. Depending on the style selected, they can be used with or without a reflector, be self-contained, long-range, heavy-duty, or compact. There are many different housing and mounting options to offer a correct fit that meets the demands of each application. They perform a wide variety of tasks and some of them can even be used in harsh environments.

Visual Factory for Maintenance Reactivity
The visual factory comprises three key applications for lighting and indication in industrial settings. These applications include the ability to help machines and workstations quickly communicate their status to people nearby, use light to guide workers to perform certain tasks such as part picking, and to provide illumination for work areas and tasks. The lighting products used in the visual factory include tower lights, strip lights, touch buttons, and indicators. The capabilities of products in the visual factory range from simple single-color lights and indicators to lights that offer advanced multicolor animations and multi-tone audible alarms.

Vibration and Temperature Sensor for Predictive Maintenance
The QM30VT sensors are characterized by an ultra-compact design for installation in tight spaces, available in models with either a 316L stainless steel or aluminum housing, which help reduce resonance and increase the contact surface. This provides exceptional measurement accuracy to identify potential issues at an early stage. The transmission of all vibration and temperature data is performed either via wired or wireless connections, allowing for adaptation to various field configurations. The detection of potential issues in motors, fans, pumps, and any rotating machinery is achieved through the integrated VIBE-IQ machine learning algorithm. The solution is open and compatible with industrial communication protocols, requiring no license, such as Ethernet and Modbus, with the option to transmit information via GSM.

S100 Multi-Touch Display
The S100 is an operator interface for applications that need the input capability of a control panel but don't need all the complexity of a full HMI. It closes the gap between a traditional HMI and a panel full of push buttons for routine operator tasks at the machine. In short, it provides configurability across up to five touch zones with haptic feedback, a display, 16 status indicator LEDs, and audible alerts in a 100 mm footprint, putting info right at the point of use, where operators need it. Machine interface applications in assembly, packaging, and food and beverage are a few natural fits. There is a lot you can do with it, and I look forward to the unique applications people come up with, but it also includes modes like timer, counter, measurement, and pick-to-light that make it easy to deploy for common applications.
