Sorters for different volumes and operations: tailored design, short lead times and our own service team.

Logynex Technologies specialises in automated parcel sortation. We design, install and maintain sorters for parcel carriers, 3PLs and e-commerce operators.

Before recommending a technology, we study the operation in detail: parcel profile, weights and dimensions, packaging types and peak volumes. From there we size the system, design the layout around the building and calculate throughput on realistic assumptions.

Our range covers cross-belt and narrow-belt sorters for the highest-capacity hubs, pivot-wheel sorters for medium volumes, AGV sortation where the layout needs flexibility, and the Quick Sorter for lower volumes and returns. Each system is completed with induction, weighing, dimensioning and scanning, conveyors and control software integrated with the customer's WMS.

We handle the whole project: engineering, installation, commissioning, operator training and technical service. Installation and commissioning are carried out by our own technical team, which then maintains the system throughout its working life, with critical spares stocked in Europe. We are directly answerable for the design, the CE marking of the installation and the warranty.
