About us
Mabo Automation designs, builds, programs, implements and services automated vehicles for intralogistics, for customers across Europe and North America. A family-owned European manufacturer with roots going back to 1987, Mabo has been building AGVs and AMRs since 2011 and today has 500+ robots deployed in food and beverage, logistics, pharma and manufacturing.
The range covers stackers, counterbalance, reach truck and VNA vehicles for narrow aisles, sideloaders for long and heavy loads up to 15 tonnes, transporters and AMRs, plus custom builds. Lift heights go up to 14 metres.
Every vehicle runs on software written by our own R&D team, VDA 5050 compliant and integrated with WMS, ERP and MES. With Mabo Fleetmanager, customers manage their fleet with remote access, battery status, historical data and simulation mode. LiFePO4 batteries with opportunity charging as standard, 360 degree safety scanners and redundant safety systems allow continuous and safe operation, ISO compliant and CE marked.
Our team supports projects in every market where we operate, with a dedicated contact in Spain. For service, we work with trusted partners who complement our own technicians and bring support closer to your site. This comes on top of a 24/7 support line with remote diagnosis, preventive maintenance based on monitoring data, and training for the customer's technicians.
