MODULA LIFT
Modula Lift is our most veteran product, the result of more than 30 years of experience of a company that has lines with a very high technological content, Modula Lift is one of the most reliable and advanced vertical automated warehouses on the market, an example of a true Smart Factory 4.0. They are based on the concept of vertical storage and space saving. They can reach up to 16.1 metres in height and have a maximum net load of up to 90,000 kg. Regardless of the industrial sector, Modula warehouses can hold any type of product or spare part, of different sizes, weights, heights and volumes, in a safe, clean and orderly manner; moving them quickly, allowing more than 120 picking/hour. Its trays have a payload of up to 900 kg and can store any material, also thanks to the practical system of dividers and dividers, they save up to 90% of floor space! Advantages: 1. Reclaims space 2. It can also be integrated with other technologies, such as: robots, belt or roller conveyors, load handlers, providing integrated logistics solutions.
MODULA LONG GOODS
The automated storage solution for long materials, designed to optimise space and simplify the management of profiles, tubes, bars and extruded materials. Based on the Goods-to-Person principle, it optimises storage, improves safety and simplifies the handling of materials up to 7 metres long. Its vertical design makes the most of the available height while freeing up valuable floor space, keeping materials organised, protected and always easily accessible. As a result, it reduces operator travel, improves ergonomics and ensures fast, safe and fully traceable access to every item. It integrates seamlessly with forklifts, overhead cranes and handling equipment, adapting to existing operational workflows. Powered by Modula WMS, it provides real-time inventory control and traceability, connecting with the company's ERP and other automation technologies, such as AMRs and conveyor systems, to create a more connected, efficient warehouse ready to meet the challenges of modern intralogistics.
MODULA FLEXIBOX
The automated box storage solution designed to maximise speed and efficiency in order fulfilment. Thanks to its innovative simultaneous extraction system, it can present up to 9 boxes per cycle to the operator, optimising the picking of high-turnover items and significantly reducing waiting times. Its modular and scalable design adapts to a wide range of logistics requirements, combining storage, picking and kitting within a single solution. The Smart Orders Preparation function prepares trays in advance during idle time, streamlining the operator's workflow and increasing productivity. Powered by Modula WMS, it provides real-time inventory control and traceability, with seamless integration to the company's ERP and other automation technologies, such as AMRs, conveyor systems and put-to-light systems, optimising logistics workflows and maximising efficiency in high-throughput operations.
MODULA WMS
The warehouse management solution designed to control, optimise and connect the entire warehouse operation. Modula WMS centralises inventory management, enhances traceability and provides real-time information to maximise process efficiency. Compatible with the entire Modula range, it adapts to a wide variety of logistics requirements, enabling the management of storage locations, stock movements, order fulfilment and inventory control from a single platform.
