ROCKET BOLLARD 200
Advanced protection for high-traffic vehicle areas Rocket Bollard is an industrial bollard designed to ensure maximum safety in logistics environments. Ideal for high-traffic warehouses, including temperature-controlled ones, it absorbs impacts without generating dangerous recoil for forklift operators. This makes it an effective solution for enhancing perimeter protection and securing critical points in logistics centers and industrial warehouses. Highly flexible one-piece structure, capable of withstanding impacts without permanent deformation. Scratch-resistant material, resistant to low temperatures down to -30°C. Flush fixings for a clean and safe design, preventing tripping hazards or accidental damage. Also perfect for hygienic environments where cleanliness and chemical resistance are essential. Easy and intuitive installation, minimizing operational downtime and enabling rapid safety implementation in transit areas. Available in two heights: 800mm and 1200mm.
TRUCK LINE MODULAR
Our floor-mounted impact profile is designed to safely guide vehicles to loading docks, preventing damage and injuries caused by incorrect maneuvers. Durable and flexible, it absorbs the impact of vehicle wheels without deforming. Made from weather-resistant reflective material, it retains its mechanical properties over time. The MODULAR version allows for extension to protect corners, offering complete safety coverage in critical areas. Available in various standard lengths, the profile comes with concealed fastening accessories for a clean and secure installation. A chemical anchor, required for mounting, is available upon request.
DP 150 SAFE WAY
Pedestrian crossings in high-traffic areas can pose a very dangerous situation. It is precisely to address this issue that at MPM, we have developed the Door Pedestrian 150 Safe Way, our innovative pedestrian crossing gate equipped with a sensor and automatic closure. The Safe Way system is highly intuitive and equally effective. Thanks to the adjustable wall-mounted sensor, our DP 150 Safe Way can detect approaching vehicular traffic and, in the presence of a detected danger, automatically close the gate until the vehicle is stationary or moves away from the door. The DP 150 Safe Way is equipped with a practical light signal that indicates the closing status of the door: the green light signals that the gate is unlocked, while the red light indicates the mechanical lock and therefore the presence of an approaching vehicle. In the event that a dangerous vehicle is detected, the sensor will be able to recognize it. In such a situation, the electric lock will automatically block, preventing the gate from opening until the vehicle is no longer a threat. The sensor, highly advanced and sensitive, can distinguish between pedestrians and vehicles to avoid unintentional closures. The Safe Way sensor is adjustable at will to allow the detection of vehicular traffic in desired areas and is directly connected to the electrical system of your warehouse. The entire Safe Way apparatus is already correctly installed in the door leaf of the Door Pedestrian.
PED 150 PIN
Patented barrier that protects structures and pedestrians in areas meant for moving loads. Designed with an innovative mechanism that connects rails through a PIN plug and a special soft and shock-absorbing gasket. The barrier now is far more resistant when impacted.
WARNING BAR LIGHT & SOUND
Protective barrier installed on the ceiling to warn forklift drivers in case of low ceiling or presence of an obstacle. The warning bar avoids damage to doors, loading bays, walkways, structures or overhead systems, which are very expensive to restore. Warning Bar/Light & Sound option is equipped with a double system of acoustic and luminous alarm, which activates when the driver hits it, preventing accidental damages to doors, loading bays and suspended systems.
RACK PROTECTOR
Unique rack protection: the profile is equipped with three internal shock absorbers made of soft anti-shock material that allows it to absorb impacts with moving vehicles. The design is compact, with no corners or protrusions, guaranteeing the perfect fit of the protection to the upright even after impact
DOCK BUMPER
Protection system installed on loading bays. It prevents damages caused by the impact of heavy vehicles with the dock during loading and unloading operations. This protection is wear-resistant and durable over time.
Bflex
Guardarail with highly flexible and shock absorber profile, perfect for single and double headboard racks. Its double-arched design guarantees a wide base of impact for vehicles and haeavy loads. The inner junction between the Bflex profile and the vertical column ensures a space-save solution.
Rack protectors
