LA4050B Be Electric
Legi-Air 4050B is the new Print & Apply system in the Weber Marking Systems portfolio, which will take your production to the next level. Introducing the first fully electric print and apply system in the Legi-Air family, designed and launched specifically around the needs of our customers. The Legi-Air series stands out from other labeling systems due to its modular construction and flexibility. These characteristics facilitate its operation and guarantee business continuity. We know your production can't stop, and neither can our systems. After listening to the needs and requests of our customers, our R&D team at Weber Marking Systems, together with our headquarters, developed an all-electric print and apply system. The new Legi-Air 4050 B is a fully electric system that ensures safe, fast and fit applications… while it is electric! What does it mean to be electric? The power of electricity allows to reduce up to 80% of the total cost of operations, due to the reduction of compressed air. How many times have you faced the need to change settings due to new label sizes or different product features? The 4050B software makes your production more agile by making these changes really easy and fast without the need for mechanical adjustments. Additionally, the applicators' low torque means safety during normal cycles of operation, maintenance, and supply changes. Go further, be electric! Legi-Air 4050B is available with three different electric applicators: Linear Electric 250 Electric Belt Electric Swing Arm Last but not least, the Legi-Air 4050B is also available with a pneumatic applicator for non-contact applications, especially for products or surfaces fragile.
