About us
Plastipol, S.A. is a leader in the design, manufacture and supply of storage and handling systems.
Headquartered in Rubí (Barcelona), we have our own offices in Madrid and Bilbao, as well as a sales network throughout Spain.
We have more than 5,000 m² of stock to speed up deliveries and we work with sectors such as logistics, automotive, construction, chemicals and food.

Smooth, non-slip plastic flooring
Plastic flooring and decking are particularly suitable for warehouses, the hospitality sector, campsites and damp areas, thanks to their high durability and hygienic design. They consist of interlocking tiles with a textured, non-slip surface. The various models and sizes available are suitable for all types of areas.
Shelving unit for PLASTIBOX boxes
The EP50 modular metal shelving units are designed and engineered to hold PLASTIBOX front-opening bins. Their guide-rail design makes it easy to remove the bins and prevents them from moving around as they would on a standard shelf, enabling an ideal organisation system for workshops, logistics warehouses, industrial maintenance centres, etc.
Plastic drip tray
A 30-litre capacity spill tray made from low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and fitted with a removable grid. These spill trays are ideal for containing spills of corrosive liquids or hazardous chemicals in workshops, laboratories, warehouses or on workbenches. They are easy to clean and, thanks to their practical design, can be stacked to save storage space. - 30-litre capacity. - Compatible with most chemicals. - Grid with a non-slip surface, designed for easy manual removal. - Perforated grid with Ø25 mm holes. - Interlocking design (without grid) and stackable across the entire range. The entire range of spill trays has undergone rigorous testing and trials in authorised laboratories, obtaining approval and a certificate of conformity from the DIBt (Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik) in Berlin.
Mobile plastic bases
These polyethylene castors are an essential tool for moving 400x300mm and 600x400mm Eurobox crates quickly and safely. Thanks to their perimeter rim, these castors provide protection and stability during any movement. They have a load capacity of 300 kg. Ideal for the food industry.

These stackable plastic boxes with a front opening allow you to clearly organise all kinds of materials, making them ideal for organising components in workshops, warehouses or on assembly lines. The plastic boxes with integrated MULTI-PURPOSE lid are stackable and fittable with each other. Equipped with an integrated folding lid, they are specially designed to improve logistics circuits, reduce distribution and packaging costs saving return space by 70%. Despite being the smallest of the Eurobox family, the Europa Europe EUFL-2120 plastic box is a large box that concentrates great functionality with compact measurements and walls with columns made to provide greater resistance. - Compatible with EU- 21T GR snap-fit for extra protection. - Slots for flanges and seals, ensuring safety in transport. - Rounded corners that minimize impact breakage. - Stackable, reusable and recyclable. - Closed handles - Interior and smooth base. Possibility to subdivide its interior space with plastic comb-type spacers.
Plastic boxes EUROBOX ⎥ Automatic Warehouse - New Design
The European-sized 600 x 400 mm plastic boxes with reinforced bases are ideal for use in automated warehouses. - Equipped with slots for inserting hinged lids and safety clips. - Open handle and smooth interior. - Special dotted area for adhesive labels. - Ribbed base with smooth perimeter for minimal deformation of the bottom, easy access on conveyor belts. Ideal for automated systems. Maximum flexion of the box bottom of 5 mm. (parameters valid for longitudinal load storage, evenly distributed and a constant ambient temperature of 23ºC). - Rounded corner design: minimises impact breakage and speeds up box transit on conveyor belts. - Available in a version with drainage holes on the side perimeter in accordance with FM Global regulations (technical sheet 8-34) for fire risk prevention in automated warehouses.

The European-standard 600 x 400 mm plastic boxes are made of polypropylene. They feature a robust design that guarantees completely safe use, mainly in industrial transport and storage. The standardised base dimensions ensure maximum use of space when placed on pallets and optimise transport costs.

The plastic containers of standard European measures 800 x 600 mm with rib bottom are designed and manufactured for the safe transport and storage of goods up to a maximum of 100 kg of cargo. The design of the ribbed outer base is suitable for use in roller paths and conveyor belts. 800 x 600 standard-Europe containers with reinforced bottom are ideal for use in automatic warehouses. - Box equipped to insert an intachable lid. - Ergonomic handle. - Special dotted surface for adhesive labels, 2 on the long side. - Smooth interior. - Special gaps for the insertion of documentation, one on the short side and one on the long side. - Nerved outer base for safe travel on conveyor belts and roller circuit.
REGALBOX metal shelving units
EP50 metal shelving units are designed to be fitted with our REGALBOX plastic drawers. The drawers are positioned and secured using guides at different load levels, which precisely control the process of removing and replacing the drawers on the shelving units. The guide system is an original design that sets it apart from other similar systems.

BASBOX metal display unit with tilting drawers
Our BASBOX drawer units are used for storing small and medium-sized items in tilting drawers that allow the drawer to remain open without needing to be held. - Sturdy, impact-resistant drawer unit. Stackable and interlocking with a standard width of 600 mm, allowing you to stack several different drawer units to the required height. - Tilt-and-slide drawer made from transparent polystyrene, allowing you to quickly see the contents stored inside. - All drawers are fitted with a front label for better organisation and an ergonomic handle.
BASBOX Metal trolley
Metal trolley equipped with BASBOX tilting drawers on both sides, featuring 4 solid rubber wheels (2 swivel wheels and 2 fixed wheels) and fixed handles on each side for convenient and easy movement.
Wheeled bases
The wheeled bases become an indispensable trolley for quickly and safely moving Eurobox boxes measuring 400x300mm, 600x400mm and 800x600mm. These rolling platforms provide protection and stability during any movement thanks to their perimeter rim. They have a load capacity of 250 kg. They are manufactured with an aluminium structure and fibreglass-reinforced nylon corners. These trolleys can be manufactured in different sizes, according to customer requirements. Ideal for the entire industrial sector.
Plastic drip tray for drums
Plastic spill containment tray for the storage of corrosive and hazardous chemicals, such as acids and alkaline solutions. - Capacity: 230 litres - Compatible with most chemicals (*) - Manually removable, heavy-duty grating that allows the interior of the tray to be inspected. - Highly durable with excellent impact resistance. - Made from fully recyclable, UV-resistant polyethylene. - DIBt (Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik) certification from Berlin.
Aluminium wheelbarrow ⎥ Multipropuse model CA 24381121
Aluminium wheelbarrow for all types of use, notable for its versatility in adapting to all types of loads, thanks to its 220x245 mm shovel, and its ease of handling and lightness. The modular system designed by EXPRESSO, with a fully independent spare parts service, is designed for a particularly long service life and can even be equipped with other accessories to customise the trolley to suit the user's needs. Its elliptical aluminium tube structure, made from a special high-strength alloy, provides maximum stability, strength and lightness, as aluminium is 50% lighter than steel.
