Programador PLC Madrid

At Clustag, a technology company specializing in RFID-based intralogistics automation solutions and experiencing rapid international expansion, we are looking to add a PLC Programmer to our technical team in the Madrid area. In this role, you will participate in the development, programming, and commissioning of industrial automation systems, combining remote work with on-site client visits. Your role will be key to project execution, ensuring the correct operation of the systems and collaborating directly with the technical team.

The profile we are looking for: - Technical training in industrial automation, electronics, or a related field. - Experience in PLC programming (2–4 years). - Knowledge of Siemens (TIA Portal, Step7, Codesys). - Experience with other environments (Omron, Schneider, SCADA/HMI) is a plus. - Knowledge of industrial networks and interpretation of electrical schematics. - Availability to travel within central Spain (and occasionally nationally/internationally). - Proactive, self-motivated, and project-oriented.
