Sistemas de gestión de almacenes
A warehouse management system (WMS) is software designed to optimize and control operations within a warehouse. Its main objective is to efficiently organize the flow of materials, from receiving goods to preparing and shipping orders. These systems improve productivity and reduce errors and operating costs. Warehouse management software allows, through automation, to: Record inventory inputs and outputs in real time. Assign specific locations to each product. Optimize picking routes. Coordinate processes with other systems, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.

Six-Way Shuttle
The Six-Way Shuttle is an innovative intelligent warehouse robot that integrates the R-bot four-way shuttle and the H-bot vertical two-way shuttle. It is designed for high-density “pallet-to-person” storage scenarios, enabling omnidirectional movement—up, down, left, right, forward, and backward—fully meeting the storage and picking needs of various palletized goods. A complete standardized product design, installation process, and delivery system have already been established.

Six-Way Shuttle Dense Storage System
The innovative combination of R-bot four-way shuttle and H-bot vertical two-way shuttle is suitable for dense storage scenarios of whole pallet inbound and outbound or a small amount of picking inbound and outbound, with significant advantages in cost, efficiency and density. H-bot can be deployed flexibly at any position inside or outside of the warehouse, with even efficiency configuration, fast delivery and easy maintenance, which is the best choice for customers who are in pursuit of the maximum storage density and inbound and outbound efficiency.

Six-Way Shuttle Storage & Picking System
Through the flexible deployment of H-bot vertical two-way shuttle at any position in the warehouse, R-bot four-way shuttle freely enters and exits the H-bot vertical two-way shuttle to realize cross-floor handling, and set up caching and picking positions as needed at the inbound and outbound, which is more suitable for high-density, high-throughput pallet storage and picking integrated scenarios. Compared with the traditional program, there is no need for conveyor lines in the warehouse, which greatly shortens the delivery cycle and reduces operation and maintenance costs, making it the preferred solution for pallet storage and picking scenarios in the market today.

SL-100 O-RGV
SL-100 O-RGV – OVERHEAD INTRALOGISTICS SYSTEM FOR LIGHT LOADS The SL-100 O-RGV (Overhead Rail Guided Vehicle) by Singular Logistics is an automated transport system that runs overhead for the movement of light loads of up to 100 kg in boxes of any dimension. The system is based on the FLEXITRACK overhead rail, manufactured with standard IPE steel profiles, more cost-effective than the aluminium typically used in this type of system, and powered at 48V DC with no electrical hazard. Crossings and intersections are handled by static switches with no moving parts or sensors, significantly reducing maintenance requirements. Vehicles running on this rail feature decentralised autonomous control: each unit holds the complete circuit map, communicates with the others via WiFi, and selects in real time the most efficient route based on current traffic and active requests. The system is 100% parameterisable, requires no application-specific programming and operates 24/7 without batteries. In its standard version, SL-100 vehicles incorporate a conveyor belt or motorised rollers to automate loading and unloading at stations, where they integrate with roller tables, conveyors, dynamic shelving or chutes to complete the operation. The system is available in front or side loading configuration. The front loading configuration allows the drive through functionality, whereby the vehicle loads and unloads without stopping as it passes through the station. Running overhead, the system reclaims productive floor space in the plant, eliminating interference between load flows and ground-level traffic. Its modular design allows the installation to scale progressively, adding vehicles or extending routes as demand grows, without reprogramming.

SL-100 OHT
SL-100 OHT – OVERHEAD INTRALOGISTICS SYSTEM FOR LIGHT LOADS The SL-100 OHT (Overhead Hoist Transport) by Singular Logistics is an automated transport system that runs overhead for the transfer of light loads of up to 100 kg in boxes of any dimension. Unlike the O-RGV version, the vehicle itself descends to the working level to carry out loading and unloading operations, eliminating the need for lifts at the stations. The system is based on the FLEXITRACK overhead rail, manufactured with standard IPE steel profiles, more cost-effective than the aluminium typically used in this type of system, and powered at 48V DC with no electrical risk. Crossings and intersections are handled by static switches with no moving parts or sensors, significantly reducing maintenance requirements. Slot Eyes — Smart Dock Scheduling
Slot Eyes is Eaship’s module for coordinating vehicle operations within an industrial plant in real time, from the driver’s arrival through to the completion of loading or unloading. Drivers check in using a QR code, either from their mobile phone or from a tablet installed on site. The process is available in multiple languages and follows a workflow tailored to each type of operation: loading, unloading, or internal movement. From that point onward, Eaship connects the gatehouse, logistics, warehouse, production, carriers, and drivers within a single environment. Each team can see which vehicles have arrived, where they are, how long they have been waiting, which resource has been assigned to them, and what the next step in the operation is. Slot Eyes coordinates access points, weighbridges, waiting areas, and loading bays through dedicated views for each operational role. The platform automatically records a complete history of events, calls, notifications, documents, and movements carried out by each vehicle within the plant. It also includes load forecasting and analytics on punctuality, waiting times, resource occupancy, operation duration, and internal routes. This provides objective data to identify bottlenecks, anticipate workloads, and improve the utilization of loading bays, weighbridges, and buffer areas. Each implementation is configured around the plant’s actual workflows, including statuses, forms, resources, target times, messages, columns, indicators, and operational rules. Slot Eyes connects appointment planning with real-world execution on site, providing control, traceability, and a shared view of every operation.
