The new 2D Imager Reader brilliantly addresses traceability applications in distribution, 3PL, retail, and shop floor. The new Matrix 320 5MP extends the leadership of the Matrix 320 series. Built on a multi-core platform with hardware acceleration and HDR capability, the Matrix 320 5MP has the ideal technology for superior performance in challenging applications: high-performance C-mount lenses, intelligent illuminators, and a 5MP sensor. Together, they deliver the highest read performance across a wider application area with an impressive field of view (FOV) for reading multiple labels or codes in a single acquisition with a single reader. The Matrix 320 5MP has all this and a high intrinsic depth of field (DOF), regardless of the focus selection. In addition to the very high power (VHP) illuminator with 36 LEDs, the Matrix 320 5MP offers a new ultra high power (UHP) illuminator with 72 LEDs for applications with high demands for speed, distance, and DOF.
