Slot Eyes — Smart Dock Scheduling

Slot Eyes is Eaship’s module for coordinating vehicle operations within an industrial plant in real time, from the driver’s arrival through to the completion of loading or unloading.

Drivers check in using a QR code, either from their mobile phone or from a tablet installed on site. The process is available in multiple languages and follows a workflow tailored to each type of operation: loading, unloading, or internal movement.

From that point onward, Eaship connects the gatehouse, logistics, warehouse, production, carriers, and drivers within a single environment. Each team can see which vehicles have arrived, where they are, how long they have been waiting, which resource has been assigned to them, and what the next step in the operation is.

Slot Eyes coordinates access points, weighbridges, waiting areas, and loading bays through dedicated views for each operational role. The platform automatically records a complete history of events, calls, notifications, documents, and movements carried out by each vehicle within the plant.

It also includes load forecasting and analytics on punctuality, waiting times, resource occupancy, operation duration, and internal routes. This provides objective data to identify bottlenecks, anticipate workloads, and improve the utilization of loading bays, weighbridges, and buffer areas.

Each implementation is configured around the plant’s actual workflows, including statuses, forms, resources, target times, messages, columns, indicators, and operational rules.
