Eaship is the platform that coordinates transport and logistics operations for industrial companies.
It centralises load planning, carrier management, dock scheduling, documentation, incidents and operational traceability in a single environment. This allows logistics, warehouse, production and transport teams to work with the same information and maintain visibility over every operation.
Eaship integrates with existing operations and complements the ERP, without replacing it or requiring companies to change their current carriers. The platform helps reduce reliance on spreadsheets, emails, phone calls and paper-based documentation, while providing greater control over the loads entering and leaving each plant.
Its capabilities include load planning and tracking, carrier coordination, dock slot management, document digitalisation, incident management, a transport control tower and operational data analysis.

Transport Coordination & Carrier Booking
Eaship centralises transport requests, load assignment and carrier confirmation in a single environment. The platform coordinates outbound shipments, inbound logistics, interplant transfers and EXW collections, keeping all the information related to each operation in one place. This allows teams to see which loads are pending, assigned or confirmed and maintain more structured communication with each carrier. Eaship complements the ERP and adapts to the company’s existing operations and carrier network, without requiring a change in the way teams work.
Digital Transport Documentation & eCMR
Eaship centralises and digitalises the documentation associated with each transport operation, including consignment notes, CMR, eCMR, delivery notes and other control documents. All documentation is linked to the corresponding load, making it easier for internal teams and carriers to access, validate and trace each document. This reduces reliance on paper, emails and scattered files, while creating an accessible documentary history in a single environment. Incident Management & Operational Traceability
Eaship centralises the recording, monitoring and resolution of incidents associated with each load. Information, communications, documents and supporting evidence remain linked to the corresponding operation, preventing them from becoming scattered across emails, phone calls and separate files. Teams can review the status and history of each incident, identify affected operations and maintain shared traceability across logistics, warehouse, production and carrier teams. This enables a more coordinated response and helps identify recurring issues to improve service performance.
Transport Analytics & Performance Control
Eaship turns the data generated by each operation into useful information for managing transport with greater control. The platform consolidates the history of loads, carriers, incidents, documentation and dock activity, making it easier to analyse everything from a single environment. Yard Management System— Smart Dock Scheduling
Yard Management System es el módulo de Eaship para coordinar en tiempo real las operaciones de los vehículos dentro de una planta industrial, desde la llegada del conductor hasta la finalización de la carga o descarga. Los conductores realizan el registro mediante un código QR, ya sea desde su teléfono móvil o desde una tableta instalada en las propias instalaciones. El proceso está disponible en varios idiomas y sigue un flujo de trabajo adaptado a cada tipo de operación: carga, descarga o movimiento interno. A partir de ese momento, Eaship conecta en un único entorno a la garita de acceso, logística, almacén, producción, transportistas y conductores.
