Supply Chain Application Workshops

The Supply Chain Application Workshops are classroom sessions for applying the contents of each of the areas of the Supply Chain, with Team-Building, Gamification/Simulation, Case-solving and group work dynamics.

During the workshops, participants will have to solve cases, apply knowledge and face decision-making situations that will allow them to understand the new challenges of the Supply Chain. The topics have been specially selected to complement the knowledge of the logistics professional who wants to delve deeper into one or more areas of the Supply Chain and understand its operation in an eminently practical and applicable way.

The dynamics will be carried out in a small work group environment in which the topics of the day will be discussed jointly by the attending professionals, under the guidance of the teacher.
