Elmubas Petfood Group has implemented Eaship to coordinate its daily transport operations and improve visibility across its loads.
The platform centralises planning, carrier assignment, shipment tracking, document management and dock coordination. This provides the team with a shared view of operational status and makes information accessible without relying on emails, spreadsheets or specific individuals.
Eaship also helps anticipate vehicle arrivals, coordinate goods preparation and create an operational history covering loading times, dock utilisation and incidents.
The implementation enables Elmubas to structure an operation of around 20 daily loads with greater control, traceability and analytical capability.
