Fritoper has implemented Eaship to coordinate its inbound and outbound transport operations across a multi-plant industrial environment.
The platform centralises transport requests, dock booking, carrier communication and document management, providing visibility over loads and EXW collections arranged by its customers. Dock planning is aligned with transport time slots and production, improving anticipation and coordination between logistics and plant teams.
Eaship also creates an operational history with dock KPIs, incidents and service-level data, providing an objective basis for analysing operations and making data-driven decisions. The model was initially deployed at the Benifaió plant and designed to scale progressively across the company’s other production sites.
