From driver check-in to the completion of the operation, Yard Management System provides visibility over which vehicle has arrived, where it is located, how long it has been waiting, what step comes next and what has happened throughout its time on site.
Each movement is recorded as a traceable event, generating data on punctuality, waiting times, resource occupancy and the vehicle’s internal journey. This helps improve coordination between teams, make more efficient use of docks, weighbridges and buffer areas, and provide objective data to review processes and service levels.
Yard Management System adapts to the real workflows of each plant and goes beyond booking loading and unloading time slots: it connects planning with real operational execution.
