SiChock: the smart wheel chock that immobilizes the truck. SiDock (NEW): real-time vision and control for the dock

SIGNOS IoT is an Internet of Things (IoT) company that develops connected solutions for industrial logistics. Our goal: to give dock operators real-time visibility and control over what is today an operational blind spot, without relying on closed integrations or constant technical intervention.

SiChock is our flagship product: a smart wheel chock that immobilizes the vehicle during loading and unloading, preventing premature truck departure, and gives real-time visibility into dock occupancy. It generates data on every operation — real-time dock status, timestamped immobilization and release events, and loading/unloading times per truck — which feed directly into the WMS/ERP for operational analysis and auditing. It is patented, complies with the EN 1398 standard, won the ALICE Safety Excellence Award (with ALIA), and was selected for the Lanzadera accelerator and the Business Factory Auto program.

It is already in production with clients such as Hyundai Mobis, Magna Automotive, Importaco… covering sectors as diverse as automotive, food, and pharmaceutical distribution — proof that dock safety and traceability are a cross-industry need, not limited to a single type of operation. Add to that a partnership with Toyota Material Handling within the Logiconomi Connections ecosystem.

SiDock is our next solution: it turns the loading dock into a smart, connected point. It includes AI-powered cameras that automatically detect people and vehicles in restricted zones and read the truck's license plate, identifying — without manual intervention — who is operating at each dock and when, reducing unauthorized access to risk zones and eliminating error-prone manual logging. The cameras identify each exact step of the process and how goods leave the facility, step by step: with an interior camera facing the truck from inside the dock and an exterior camera, the load's full traceability is covered, from preparation to leaving the facility — visual evidence useful both for resolving incidents and disputes and for health & safety and quality audits.

Access is also managed by user and NFC, and every event — including every tap on the screen — is logged for auditing. The dock screen is 100% remotely reconfigurable, with no on-site technician needed, can display information from external systems, and serves as a direct channel for incident reporting and live training. It integrates with any system.

We work with operations, health & safety (PRL), and digitalization managers at logistics and industrial operators who need to digitalize their loading docks with equipment that adapts to their operation — not the other way around. Visit us at the stand to see SiChock and SiDock working live.
