SiChock, the smart wheel chock: immobilises the truck, alerts in real time and connects to your WMS or ERP.

SiChock is the smart wheel chock that prevents the biggest risk at a loading dock: the truck pulling away prematurely during loading or unloading. It combines the mechanical function of a traditional wheel chock with IoT connectivity, delivering real vehicle immobilisation, an immediate alert on any attempt to move, and real-time visibility of every dock's occupancy from a single platform.

Each chock generates objective data for every operation: the truck's arrival and departure time, real loading/unloading time per dock and per vehicle, historical usage per dock, and comparisons across shifts or operators. This data is shown on a live dashboard and integrates directly with the customer's WMS or ERP. Being connected also lets SiChock trigger automations — for example, automatically sending the CMR or the delivery note as soon as unloading finishes, with no manual step. All of this helps spot bottlenecks, back up logistics and safety KPIs with real data, and it meets the EN 1398 safety chock standard.

We're also introducing SiChock Steel, the new metal-bodied version of the range, built for more demanding environments (high vehicle turnover, harsh weather or heavier wear), while keeping the same electronics and IoT intelligence already used by clients such as Importaco, Cofares, Hyundai Mobis, Magna Automotive and TI Fluid Systems.

SiChock reduces accidents, prevents production stoppages caused by premature departures, and gives logistics and safety managers an objective way to control the dock, with real-time and historical data to keep improving the operation.
