Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer at Qimarox, you are responsible for translating our customers' wishes and needs into a suitable concept. You are the link between the sales team and the technical experts to achieve the best results.

Your responsibilities:

You translate the customer's wishes and needs into a suitable concept/design;

You are alert to commercial opportunities and capitalize on them;

You have a technical background and advise the customer regarding the possibilities. You use our standard components and configure them according to the customer's wishes;

Once you have determined the wishes and possibilities, you explain the drawings prepared by the engineering department in detail to the customer;

Is the customer satisfied with your concept? Then you prepare the calculation, create the quotation, and ensure it reaches the customer;

Once the customer has accepted the quotation, you ensure proper internal processing (and monitoring) of the order;

No two days will be the same for you! From eliciting wishes and needs to order processing, you are responsible for this entire challenging process;

You also serve as a point of contact for your Sales colleagues regarding general technical issues;

You transfer knowledge about our machines to our partners by providing technical training. This is you:

You have completed an MBO or HBO education in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics;

Experience with AutoCAD and Inventor is a plus;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English;
