Safety lights installed on forklifts and other industrial vehicles project light signals onto the ground, accompanying the vehicle during movement and maneuvers. Their function is to increase the visibility of the vehicle's presence, approach, and trajectory, as well as to define moving safety zones around it, helping to reduce risk in areas shared with pedestrians. This solution includes various LED projection systems. The Blue Spot generates a light point at a certain distance from the forklift to warn of its approach before the vehicle itself is visible, especially at crossings, intersections, doorways, or rack exits. The animated illuminated arrow adds information about the direction of travel, allowing users to identify not only the vehicle's presence but also its direction of movement. Projectors with Gobo technology allow symbols, pictograms, or safety signs to be displayed directly from the vehicle itself. To define safety zones, side lines project light references on both sides of the forklift, making the required separation from its path visible. The arc light creates a curved line around a section of the vehicle, especially useful for visualizing the affected area during maneuvers and turns. Since they are mounted on board, all these signals move with the vehicle and appear wherever the hazard is located. This enhances visual communication between forklift operators and pedestrians, particularly in internal traffic areas, spaces with reduced visibility, or noisy industrial environments.
