At Divetis, we specialize in Smart Safety solutions to improve safety in industrial and logistics environments. We analyze the risks associated with the interaction between people, vehicles, machinery, and internal operations to define and integrate intelligent safety systems tailored to each facility. Our approach combines various detection, alert, signaling, and control technologies to reduce the risk of pedestrian accidents, collisions, and other incidents during daily operations. Intelligent Safety Systems: • Pedestrian and collision avoidance systems with UWB: precise proximity detection between pedestrians, forklifts, and other industrial vehicles, generating visual and audible alerts. • Cameras with artificial intelligence: people detection systems using machine vision, installed in industrial vehicles or at strategic points within the facility, without requiring pedestrians to use tags. • Motion detectors: identify the presence or approach of vehicles and pedestrians at crossings, doorways, corridors, intersections, and other high-risk areas. • Intelligent internal traffic management: integration of detectors, industrial traffic lights, beacons, light signals, and other devices to regulate crossings, blind spots, and shared circulation areas. • LED and laser projectors: industrial light signaling using symbols, warnings, pedestrian crossings, lines, and safety zones projected directly onto the floor. • Safety signaling for forklifts and industrial vehicles: light systems that warn of the vehicle's approach and trajectory or define a mobile safety perimeter around it. • Loading dock safety: wireless systems to control truck immobilization and visually coordinate operations between the driver, dock, and loading/unloading personnel. • Access control and fleet management: solutions to authorize drivers, verify vehicle status, perform safety checklists, and monitor vehicle use within the facility. Areas of application Our solutions are primarily applied in industry and logistics, especially in warehouses, distribution centers, production plants, and areas with shared circulation between pedestrians and industrial vehicles. We also develop projects for construction sites, airports, ports, and other facilities where it is necessary to control risk zones, vehicle movements, machinery, or suspended loads.
