Sorting systems for e-Commerce

Sorting and full automatic system, capable of processing up to 2,500 packages per hour, with a dimensional range between a mailing envelope and a large carton box. This is possible thanks to a separator and singulator system with special pushers with rubber separator, which avoids entrapping small envelopes, while is capable of pushing large boxes.

In addition to pneumatic pushers, we integrate diversion systems such as belt transfers or pop-up to complete the range of solutions.

The control system, made with Siemens technology, have a two-way communication with the existing WMS, and can be configured with a omni-directional scanning system, dinamic checkweigher and volumetric system.
