Intelligent mobile robotic assistance system
Intelligent mobile robotic assistance systems developed by our partner of the Scio automation group, Mojin Robotics. A safe and intuitive robot capable of increasing productivity and compensating skill shortages. This robot, called LUKA, has the following advanced features: - Flexible and safe to operate, even in challenging narrow warehouse environments. - Transporting loads over dedicated distances. - Universal patented vision assisted gripping system. - Adaptation to mandatory industry standards. Its mobile base platform is designed to move safely omnidirectionally through dynamic environments. To perform this free navigation, LIDAR sensors have been incorporated to provide the necessary robustness in any environment. The system has the necessary certificates and approvals to perform a safe operation and interaction between the robot and humans. The cobot incorporated on top is a Universal Robots, which has a 10 kg payload equipped with specific grippers to perform manipulation tasks. It’s 360° camera with both 2D and 3D image processing allows it to perform all load handling movements and code reading too. The battery technology is based on Li-Ion, with a capacity that provides an autonomy of up to 6 hours w/o charging. In short, this mobile cobot development is designed to perform repetitive tasks that exceed health and safety standards for risk prevention or are prone to human error, providing the production line with a significant improvement in autonomy and reliability.
Sorting systems for distribution centers
Automatic sorting systems, specially designed for logistic and eCommerce centers, which are composed by induction and loading area, singulator and quality control area, and finaly sorting area. Deppending of the product and the required production, we can install different sorting systems. In case of regular boxes, we can sort the product by transfers, pop-ups or high production crossbelt sorter. In case of irregular products or a big range of products, the best system is the compact-sorter, a pushing system capable to clasify any product from a small envelop to a big ad irregular box.

High speed sorting systems crossbelt sorter.
High speed sorting system based in the mechanical crossbelt sorter technology developed by our main partner, Interroll, capable of sort up to 12,000 packages per hour, received from different areas, as automated crossdocking and full case areas located in the main warehouse. The crossdocking area is located in the group floor and is formed by ergonomic workstations with lift tables, and scanning and labeling systems for the data treatment of small and irregular boxes. On the other hand, there are several picking areas for units and full case picking, which has pick to ligh and RF technology. All products are injected to the main crossbelt sorter which sort all products to different ramps, which have free and drive rollers. The control system, made with Siemens technology ASI-Profinet, have a two-way communication with the existing WMS, and can be configured with a omni-directional scanning system, and volumetric system.

Industrial robots and end of line systems.
Thanks to the latest developments in industrial and collaborative robots, we can improve the productivity in your company helping to the operators in monotonous and repetitive jobs, and allowing them to focus on more complex jobs or finish that in collaboration with the robot in a shared space. One of the most common solutions is palletizing and shrinking cells, composed by modular and roller conveyors, a robotic arm capable of asume the production of several lines, pallets conveyors valid for full and half pallets, automatic pallets dispensers with shuttle to provide the different palletizing areas, and automatic shrinking, covering or labeling machines. In addition, it has the latest technology in security systems formed by perimeter fencing with encrypted access and intelligent security barriers. Thanks to this solution, our customers are automatizing their palletizing and shrinking projects in packaging lines, so that they will be able to increase their production in a shorter time, optimizing costs.
Sorting systems for e-Commerce
Sorting and full automatic system, capable of processing up to 2,500 packages per hour, with a dimensional range between a mailing envelope and a large carton box. This is possible thanks to a separator and singulator system with special pushers with rubber separator, which avoids entrapping small envelopes, while is capable of pushing large boxes. In addition to pneumatic pushers, we integrate diversion systems such as belt transfers or pop-up to complete the range of solutions. The control system, made with Siemens technology, have a two-way communication with the existing WMS, and can be configured with a omni-directional scanning system, dinamic checkweigher and volumetric system.

Automatic box forming machine for picking systems
Machine capable to feed automatically carton to several picking lines, depending on the demand for the type of box. The system works with punched and pre-cutted carton which are automatically feeded to forming bodies, where is applied hot-melt glue before the boxes are formed.Once formed are deposited on a conveyor belt which feed boxes to some picking lines performing an automatic synchronization between machine outputs. The control of the machine is made from a touchscreen which let us to view the status of the elements, just like messages on the level of each of the carton feeders, opened doors, and any special situation that prevents work.
Order picking systems for distribution centers
Complete and modular solution for order picking processes and in distribution centers, which is composed by conveyor lines, lifting systems to connect several areas, labeling station, covering and strapping machines and the final sorter area to expedition routes. The system integrates a bi-directional communication with ERP-WMS client, which let us take decisions in real time, from the automatic box start until the final classification, based on the data obtained from each of the barcodes for data matrix identifying. It is important to note that all the elements used are first brand like transport system Interroll and the full automation with Siemens elements. To preparation of orders we integrate the latest technology in pick to light from the manufacturer V10 through which it is possible to show the operator all the necessary information about quantity of units or the corresponding batch of the product.
