NORDBLOC.1® helical in-line geared motor
The NORDBLOC.1® helical in-line gear unit with its smooth surface is an innovative drive solution for all applications where cleanliness is essential. These advanced and patented gear units do not have installation openings. This increases the stability of the product and at the same time provides a smoother surface on which neither liquids nor solid materials can accumulate.
NORDBLOC.1® bevel geared motor
The performance-optimised two-stage bevel gear units are an innovative NORD design made from high-strength aluminium alloy. Thanks to the wash-down version, the new two-stage NORDBLOC.1® bevel gear units are especially suitable for conveyor applications as well as in the food industry.
DuoDrive, Two become one
DuoDrive is a revolutionary integrated gear unit/motor concept in hygienic wash-down design. It combines the high-efficiency IE5+ motor and a single-stage helical gear unit in one housing. Thanks to its optimised system efficiency, high power density and very low noise emissions, it is especially suitable for users in the fields of intralogistics, food and pharmaceutical industries. Together with its simple plug-and-play commissioning, the complete DuoDrive solution results in a significant reduction in Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) compared to other drive systems.
Frequency inverter NORDAC ON and ON+
The decentralised frequency inverter particularly serves the special requirements of horizontal conveyor technology. The NORDAC ON has been developed for IE3 drives while the NORDAC ON+ has been optimised for the combination with the IE5+ synchronous motor. It is characterised by an integrated Ethernet interface, full pluggability as well as a very compact design. An economic plug-and-play solution for IIoT environments.
IE5 + Synchronous Motors
The new generation of NORD IE5+ synchronous motors is manufactured in-house for use in intralogistics as well as in the food and beverage industry. Our motors feature a compact and hygienic design in a very small space and thus ensure high corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. The permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is optionally available as an nsd tupH or IP69K version. The motor-integrated encoder is standard and an integrated mechanical brake is optional. By using the motor, the number of versions and operating costs are reduced. It is compatible with all gear units and frequency inverters from the NORD modular products.
NORDAC PRO - SK 500P
The NORDAC PRO is a frequency inverter for all drive applications. Even in the basic SK 500P version, the NORDAC PRO provides great versatility. The advanced SK 530P version extends this scope and can be functionally extended with optional SK CU5 modules. The SK 550P has an integrated multi-protocol Ethernet interface for efficient connection to Ethernet-based control systems. Easy operation of the NORDAC PRO is achieved with a Bluetooth interface, an SD memory card as the parameter storage medium, firmware and operating data, as well as a USB interface which enables parameterisation of the voltage-free inverter “in the box”. Use of the latest components enables a very compact design and therefore space-saving installation.
Nordac Link
The NORDAC LINK is the convenient NORD drive solution for flexible decentralised installation. The NORDAC LINK can be freely configured as required and can therefore be adapted to a large variety of applications. The NORDAC LINK can be quickly and simply installed thanks to its high level of pluggability. Commissioning and servicing is quick and simple due to the integrated maintenance switch and local manual control options.
LogiDrive
The service-friendly and standardised modular system combines different NORD products into one drive solution, which is 100% tailored to the respective industry standards and application requirements. For every area, there are advanced versions with IE5+ synchronous motor technology and a basic version with IE3 asynchronous motors. While the LogiDrive advanced drives address issues such as energy efficiency, version reduction and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), the basic LogiDrive's main focus is on cost efficiency.
